Redeeming Race: Commemorating the Legacy of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • Little Rock AME Zion Church (map)

Celebrate the past, present, and future legacy of Rev. King with courageous conversations in Charlotte, North Carolina.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Perspectives from national leaders

  • Insights from local voices

  • Courageous dialogue with participants

  • Opportunities to engage with others beyond this event

CALL TO ACTION:

  • Charlotte churches can participate in cross-racial Bible studies by signing up to be matched with a church of another ethnicity for the Community Bible Experience and other customized curriculum. If your church has already made a connection with another church, you can still sign-up to receive the curriculum.  For more information, contact Nicole Martin at nmartin@americanbible.org

AFTER PARTY:

Bring the whole family for food, music, and fun at a community fellowship at First Ward Community Center.  We will walk together in a symbolic march two blocks up from the church to the recreation center.

Space is limited, so sign up here today!
